What a crazy winter and spring! I've been so busy with work and taking care of parents that I haven't had time for my heart, to chat and email here. But now I'm determined to meet her, you. (Now I just need to go out and get some new photos...)

Let's email, talk, meet in person, talk (I'm learning Russian, but please go easy on me), walk, see a concert, share some meals, tell some stories, plan a trip or three, cook for each other, fall in love (it's been happening all along, either as a lightning-strike or a slow-fire, both are wonderful), talk some more, get passionate (it's such a sublime part of life, but I'm in no hurry - the right person makes it so much better and anticipation does too, though I might just get carried away if you do too), and keep doing all of that while we find a house and build a family, a life (with plenty more trips!). I love to travel and see new things, but none of it matters much without you. If you have a job you love, great. If you don't, that might be even better, because I don't have to work anymore and we could travel together and build a home. If you want children, fantastic. My one daughter has been one of my life's greatest pleasures. If you have children, we'll just make sure to get a big-enough house. Probably for my work that house will be in the USA or Europe, but we'll be able to afford for you to see family and friends a lot. If you don't want children, or yours are already off and away, we'll make them envious with our happiness and trips, and maybe sometimes invite them along... After all, when our talks and walks and looks lead to love, I don't care how tall you are, how fat or slim, what age, or much of anything else. I'll be busy telling everyone that you're the most beautiful girl in the world, and thoroughly knowing it to be true. Let's share all the fires of life, from the first heat of love and discovery, to the later warm embers in the fireplace as you lean against me, or I lay my head in your lap, silently remembering. Is this all too romantic for a real man? Not to me. It's how I feel and what I want. I can't wait.
