First of all, please read my profile details and explanations below carefully. I added some new info! Many thanks!

I was previously on the site for a while during which I had to spend 1,000s of dollars. I decided to try the site once again, but I would like to give you a few examples to say why I left the site before. 1- Some ladies with whom I was in touch didn't answer my questions “honestly and clearly”. This made me ask the same questions in many letters again. So, I had to open/read their extra letters and spend extra time and money – you may know that "opening" EACH letter may cost MEN up to $20. 2- Some ladies said something in their “profile”, but they said something different in “direct contacts” (emails). 3- On one occasion, I asked a lady whether she agreed to exchange copies of passports etc between us or not. She said 'Yes'. But in our “direct contacts” (email), she refused to do so, while you know that trusting each other and feeling safe is crucial for both before arranging a meeting!
So, lets be honest and clear to one another.

As for me, I'm an Iranian-British living in the UK. I have one grown-up child (a son) who is living independently in Switzerland with his partner.
I’m interested in arts, especially music in different genres (classical, alternative, underground, space Rock, electronic etc) and painting – I'm myself good at drawing portraits. I am also a very good chess-game player. Further, I follow major large tennis tournaments, apart from going out, travelling, reading decent books and researched articles, watching good movies and theatre, attending good concerts, etc.
I have two main hobbies which are also my profession: translating in which I published many books and articles (in Persian), and writing fictions.
I have a critical mentality, especially on social and cultural subjects. I also have good knowledge of the world politics and discuss major developments with people around me depending on the situation and the audience's enthusiasm. So I might be boring for you if you don't like to have these issues around you in your life.

I think I am a romantic, open-minded and intelligent man with sense of humour. My photos are rather fresh. Except for the main one (with yellow jacket) that is for two years ago, other pictures are for a few months ago. In two of them, I have coloured hair. 😉 In one of them, I'm standing in front of a mirror. I'm sure you can guess which one. 😉
